These Terms of Service govern the use of videography services provided by Loca. By engaging our videography services, the client agrees to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional videography services, which include, but are not limited to, pre-production planning, filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of a final video product . The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Agreement for each project.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: A deposit of [percentage or fixed amount] is required to secure your project date. A detailed proposal including scope, pricing, and timelines will be provided before any work commences.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Permissions: The Client must ensure that all necessary permissions, licenses, or consents have been obtained for filming at specified locations or of any identifiable persons, property, or copyrighted materials.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will receive the final edited video product. However, the Company retains ownership of all underlying raw footage, pre-production materials, and any proprietary elements until all amounts due are paid in full.
  • Usage Rights: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final video product for its intended purpose. Any additional usage or distribution beyond the agreed scope may require further licensing fees.

6. Revisions and Approval Process

  • Revisions: The package includes up to [number] rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions may incur extra fees.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization] in [Location].
